The apartment is spacious and has an open planning with lounge and dining room. In the lounge you find an open fireplace and sliding doors out to the smaller terrace (15 sqm). The dining room is connected to the lounge and has a balcony outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you possible need as microwaves oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffe percolator, toaster etc.

From the upper floor you reach the large terrace (67 sqm) and the 4 hole putting green for those who want a little extra training. Both terraces are very secluded and peaceful and provides a spectacular view all the way to Gibraltar and Africa on a clear day. Here you'll also find tables and chairs for external dining and basking in the sun.

One bedroom has 2 beds, doors out to a built-in balcony and its own bathroom with bath, toilet, shower etc. One guest toilet is also available at this floor.

The other is a master bedroom with 2 beds, sliding doors out to the large terrace, a clothes cupboard and its own bathroom with jacuzzi, toilet, separate shower etc. The bathroom is built with marble from Greece and Italian china.

The terraces offer a wonderful panoramic view over the cost and the Mediterranean. There are sea views from all the rooms. The apartment and the terraces are secluded and peacefully situated.

There is a restaurant and a bar within the complex and many more restaurants and supermarkets nearby. La Siesta Golf course and Club del Sol, which offers tennis courts, gym and squash, is within walking distance. The fantastic marina and beach Cabopino is minutes away offering many restaurants, sandy beaches, bars, entertainment and boat excursions.

There is a unique electric ornamental buggy train, leaving every hour, that can take you around the locality and to parades of restaurants, shops and towards the beach.
